Oriour
Whenever I scan I'll get a approximate size of say 16 mb of files to be removed. Then when I run the cleaner, it'll say 8 mb were removed (maybe more, almost never below half the scanned size) though I think all the files listed on the scan got axed. So is everything working alright or is something wronge with my CC?
Moderators rridgely Posted August 16, 2005 Moderators Share Posted August 16, 2005 When you analyze you are given an estimate. You might remove more you might remove less, I think everything fine.

jobartley515
Though it has happened very few times with me that the estimate is way off than the given final result, I found that it is usually right on the bat when giving me an approximate estimation to the real thing. Mr. Clean
it happens to me as well. considering its only an approximate, its not important what it says. its just a basic estimation. some hidden files may not be removed either. you may like to check this. gunner
What you need to remove and what you allow to be removed are apples and oranges. Check all boxes and see if it changes the results. Does for me. If it isn't broke, tweak it.
