ccleaner doesn't work properly

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone!

Ccleaner doesn't work properly with online armor 3 active, it shutdown everytime when, after i had cleaned my system with it, i try to click to the clean registry button.

i have windows xp sp3 on my computer and i am sure that it is an incompatibility with those 2 programs.

please fix it

Which version of Online Armor?

I ask as I use Online Armor and ccleaner and have no problems.

Online armor 3 free. I'm sure that it is an incompatibility with those 2 programs because only after i have installed online armor 3 free ccleaner have started to crash in the way that i have described. Someone, i read in some forums, have said that this bug have been already fixed but seems absolutely not in my case! <_<

The latest release candidate for Online Armor can be obtained here, just look for the free version if that is what you are using.

You did not say which OA build. Open the user interface and look at the top right hand corner. Also you have to make sure that in OA programs list that ccleaner is listed as trusted and is green in colour.
