I am almost sure this will turn out to be a false postive detection by your av which is? (clamwin?)

 

I take it you were downloading old versions of ccleaner from there, as they are old versions you have listed in your scan.

 

If you are sure you are clean, , it would be a good idea to inform your anti virus website about it.
