Whiteshark
Having all those registry backup files spreaded all over in My Documents folder is not that good, IMHO. So i have changed the default path in CCleaner.ini to %Program Files%\CCleaner\Backup. Does work fine, what i miss to make the process 100% automatic is CCleaner automatically creating this Backup folder at the install. Another solution, perhaps more complicate (but also more... elegant ) could be add another option in Advanced, to allow users select a default Backup path. In this way CCleaner itself could delete its own old/unuseful/outdated backups, without any need to delete them manually. What do you think? warmth
I like your idea... I have always created a "CCleaner backups" folder in my documents for this... is a bothering having to search this folder each time a clean with CC... @warmth Betatesting a life!
