eppie
hello, I'm running towards 60 now. Stared at computer screens for my whole working life, and my eyes aren't getting better. I very much would like an option to adjust the font sizes for your so gratefully used program. thanks! [edited: typo]
YoKenny
Welcome eppie Thankfully I am near sighted so when I read the screen for a long time I don't wear my contact lenses because I have to keep my reading glasses handy that I misplace all the time. I keep my distance glasses by the TV when I know that I will fall asleep watching it. Quite a while back my mum gave me hand held magnifying glass that she said will come in handy for later use and now I am glad she gave that to me for reading instructions on things that are even small when I don't wear my contact lenses. I keep the screen resolution to a maximum of 1024x768 as higher resolution everything becomes way too small. That's one of the things about The Golden Years I can do without. Moderators Nergal Posted August 28, 2008 Moderators Share Posted August 28, 2008 eppie, you can also use the windows accessablility tools, magnifier XP http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/a...ault.mspx#EEDAC Vista http://www.microsoft.com/enable/training/w.../magnifier.aspx ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
