Did you Reboot after installing CCleaner? If not, do so especially since you have a freshly reinstalled OS. davey
c++ programs, where can i get them ? you mean programming tools like borland c++ ? Hi SleejR, As long as you have installed all the MS updates you should have what you need for C++ programs. CCleaner is written in C++. If you updated but did not Reboot, then the older versions of some MS programs could still be in memory and problems could result. davey
