I created one and the items I added are visible in the registry clean section. However when scaning the registry and my custom item is checked, nothing is found. I wanted to clean the following key and subs: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\RecentDocs TIA Download this version: http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=1110 and extract, is working well, so you can see what's wrong with your Winapp2.ini.
