Hi abu aufa,

You can install new versions without an uninstall.

As far as Registry cleaning goes don't do it if you don't have a complete backup of your Registry.

If you do it make sure the option is turned on to prompt you to create a backup of the changes you are making.If you don't understand what all those selections are for I would wait until you have learned what each one is.Take your time and read and search the forum and learn.

Anybody says go ahead doesn't know you like you do.You must make that decision for yourself.

Even MS has a disclaimer about changing the Registry.Most users don't need to do it.
