It has been suggested before and I would second the request. An additional suggestion, along the same lines, would be to show disabled startup items (which CCleaner currently doesn't do) and add the ability to delete disabled items similar to what THIS PROGRAM does Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That just sets the time operating systems are displayed before selecting the default if multiple are installed, won't have any effect on your startup time (except in that situation).
