Moderators Andavari Posted February 10, 2008 Moderators Share Posted February 10, 2008 How come it has so many comments in the file? # This is a HOSTS file comments I'd reckon so everyone will know why a particular URL is blocked for instance "#[Adware.ABXToolbar]" lets everyone know it's blocking an adware toolbar. YoKenny
You know how to reach, Mike - Ken, please feel free to do so. Silj I do? How? By the way, I use HostsMan to update the MVPS HOSTS file and I found a setting to not include comments so I'll try that next time that there is an update with the MVPS HOST file.
