More wmplayer cleaning

Hello, I discovered (using Process Monitor) that Windows Media Player (wmplayer.exe), at least old version 7 (and others shouldn't be too different) stores the list of all music and video I've seen in

\Profiles\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Index\wmplibrary_v_0_12.db

When I click on Media Library option in WMP, the list of all things I've heard or viewed is inside this file. Maybe CCleaner could have an advanced option to get rid of it as part of the cleaning process. It will get rid of things stored explicitly there with the "Add to library" option, but its a price to pay for (optional) higher privacy, I think.
