Is this the problem? I dont know about Vista , but in xp you may have to run the issues a few times to sort them all out. Is this the problem? I'm having the same problem. CCleaner will say the issues have been fixed, but the same issues reappear the next time I run the program and the program does not shut down- it just stays at 100%. I also upgraded to Vista.
