  1. Why is it contact support form not accessible with 3 clicks or less, like with all other decent companies? I still haven't found the right form for my request by naturally browsing your site. It's just a sneaky tactics to avoid refunds.
  2. I looked yesterday into my bank account only to discover that £37.95 had been withdrawn from my account, without any permission. I paid for your quasi useful software once and that was the end of it. Everything that your quasi useful software does one can do with a few clicks himself. I've just spent half an hour looking everywhere on your site to contact support and to ask for refund. And, of course, link to support is nowhere to be found. Very smart bunch of crooks, people can not ask for their money back because there is no support page. Of course there are support pages for irrelevant help topics, but not how to get stolen money back. Bunch of filthy crooks, where is the link to support where I can ask for refund of my money?
  3. Thanks! So there is no way to select the provided "7 passes" drive wipe? I wander why is the option there, when one is not able to select it? Have you personally verified that all the deleted files are filled with zeros?
  4. I just bought and installed CCleaner Professional Plus with the whole suite: PRO CCleaner, Recuva, Defraggler & Speccy, for up to 3 PCs CCleaner Pro I read the Help on the web site, so I am aware of all the wiping options. When in CCleaner I go to > Tools > Drive Wiper I can see my C hard drive. Unfortunately, hard drive is erroneously marked as SSD drive. If I chose "1 pass" wiping I can do the wipe. But if I choose "7 passes" or "35 passes" wipes my C drive becomes unselectable and I can not perform "7 passes" wipe. How do I correct this problem and "force" CCleaner to do "7 passes" wipe? For example, how do I tell to CCleaner that my drive is not SSD but a hard drive?
