Hi On my Mothers new laptop she keeps getting the yellow shield update icon in the system tray. When I right click on it an select custom, the update reads: MSXML 4.0 SP2 Security Update (KB927978). After installing the shield keeps coming back with the same update.So it is not installing properly.I've checked in Add/Remove programs (with updates checked), an it is not shown. Any ideas why it will not install, and why the yellow shield keeps appearing with the same update? Please help Craig.

I was wanting to ask this question too. Currently my Sony laptop has: DDR2 SDRAM (PC2-4200-DDR-533) (2X256MB) Connector-200pin SO-DIMM. I was wanting to upgrade to 1GB.Which would be 2x512MB sticks. Can anyone explain what PC2-4200 is and to i need to match with the same? Also i noticed that my current sticks are 533MHz.Do I have use the same (533MHz) or can i use different? Cheers Craig

So in layman's term's can i delete the Acrobat Professional installer.Or do i need it for the reader and writer to work? Though i have noticed that Acrobat Professional Installer is not in add/remove programs, unlike Abode reader & Adobe Acrobat. I'm i making sense?

^^ Thankyou. Looking in my program list i have Adobe Acrobat professional installer.Is this to install my Adobe Acrobat, or is this a separate program again? The reason i ask is i was wanting to uninstall them, as i only use Adobe Reader. Cheers.

Silly question,but whats the difference between Adobe reader and Adobe acrobat? Cheers.
