finally got my answer from ccleaner. the 2-year plan i bought 7/22 didn't include android. the current plan does. thanks for your help

CCleaner Pro Plus purchased in july 2022 does NOT include android app

i've tried it numerous times on my android phone & my android tablet. didn't work. thanks. i already submitted a ticket. i got a canned response. forget about pro plus' "expedited" help. still haven't had a word from them....

i don't have an activation code via google. i have the refence # & license key from piriform for my windows 11 app .

purchased 2 yr ccleaner in 2022. just now found out i can upgrade ccleaner android via the original purchase since it's for 3 devices. it asks for activation code. supposed to be on original confirmation email, but that only has reference # and license code, neither of which works as the activation code. help?

not on my pc yesterday or today from usa:

i've used ccleaner for years, since their early years. i'ved paid for it when it started payment, then upped to pro when it came out. i just got a notice for renewal that says, "renew now and save up to 20%." i clicked on it & got a price of $34.95. i went directly to their site & got a price of $31.46. so a new customer pays less than i do. evidently pirifom doesn't appreciate its longtime current customers. not sure if i'm gonna renew this is STUPID!

Same prob. Both my Malwarebytes & Kaspersky are up to date. I woulda thought Piriform would try to fix this, or at least address the issue.

OK, this is a "workaround." I don't like workarounds . I like "fixed." Will this happen again with the next update?

The CCleaner Pro 5.15 update didn't work on my Win7 Home Premium computer. CC would start, sit there for 4 or 5 seconds, then shut down. I tried uninstalling, re-downloading & installing, same results. I tried uninstalling, re-booting, reinstalling & rebooting, same results. I found the old version, reinstalled it, & it worked once, then it shut down the same way. After about 3 weeks, someone on another forum suggested I try the portable version. I used it, unzipped it, copied it to the folder, & it worked.

The only way to know if/when something is added to the Applications Cleaner is to manually scroll down & look for items that are unchecked. It would be nice for CCleaner to inform us when something's added, notfor us to spend time scrolling all the way down. This is on a computer, & that's what a computer is for, to manipulate information! P.S. Been using CCleaner for years, & luv it!
