Well, if you are like me, and was testing BitDefender with CCleaner.exe. It may no longer work.
You will receive an error.
"The device attached to the system is no longer working."
The error will be something along them lines.
Here is a quick and simple fix.
Right Click on the BitDefender Tray Icon.
Disable Virus Shield
Open CCleaner and then close it
Now Enable Virus Shield
It should be fixed now.

I have reported a detailed log to MrG, he will probably have to contact the makers of BitDefender. It may be a few releases before this problem is fixed.

Ouch, I can comfirm this. (Just tested it), it doesn't have a real virus in it.

You know I am playing on that server when you see this spray.

He means for the frontpage of the forums.

Possible, of course. It would be easy to create javascript menu, problem is that. It's up to MrG, I don't know how good he is with html code.

You can manually do this with the Windows Scheduled Tasks.

I am down to about 45,000 now ... but CCleaner still blows up when I go back to regular mode and try it again ...
Wow, that's alot. I don't think CCleaner could handle that many. Just mass delete them if they are in the temp folder.

What is the address?

1.0.6 is out now.

Nice app, very small too. I played around with it alittle, works good so far. Just 1 quick questions. Does tracking cookies setting only work with IE or with other browsers too.

I take it "bob" is your username, then use this:
[bitDefender 8]
LangSecRef=3024
Detect=HKLM\Software\Softwin\BitDefender Antivirus
Default=True
FileKey1=%ProgramFiles%\Softwin\BitDefender8|vscan.log
FileKey2=%userprofile%\Desktop\Security|getfile.dat
FileKey3=%userprofile%\Desktop\Security|x_dtrace_log

I use BitDefemder 9, and it doesn't store anything in Doc/Settings, what is the full path for 2 and 3?

Well, my dad is in New Orleans as we speak. He is on a rescue boat picking up barrages. I do think that photo is humorous and I am wondering how they got the camper on top...

I can answer that.
The site itself is pretty much just html but saved as asp extension. I use to build websites. As for what program he uses, I have no clue. Microsoft FrontPage will work fine, but for some reason most programmers who do webpages just use Notepad. That's the hard way I think.
As for the forums, it's just a basic IPB board.

I guess I will join the club!

When you View This Page in IE, it will open a new tab in Firefox that is IE. Instead of just launching IE, it will do it as a tab.

I don't know the exact details on the matter, but it has to do with the way it handles the cache.
