Thanks for the update!
- FileKey4 is not necessary because FileKey3 deletes aum.log also:[Adobe Updater Logs*]
LangSecRef=3021
Detect=HKCU\Software\Adobe
Default=False
FileKey1=%AppData%\Adobe\LogTransport*\Logs|ulog_*.tmp
FileKey2=%LocalAppData%\Adobe\AAMUpdater|*.Log|RECURSE
FileKey3=%LocalAppData%\Adobe\Updater*|*.log|RECURSE
FileKey4=%LocalAppData%\Adobe\Updater5|aum.log
- The entry [Windows Log Files More*] exists twice. Please delete the first one:[Windows Log Files More*]
LangSecRef=3025
DetectFile=%windir%\Panther
Default=False
FileKey1=%windir%\PANTHER|
- Above the entry [sKSE*] are blank lines. -
No, it doesn't work. Apple Software Update also starts a repair installation if you delete the empty cache folder.
(folder = %CommonAppData%\Apple\Installer Cache\Apple Software Update 2.1.3.127)
-
I can't confirm this. QuickTime 7.74.80.86 always starts an automatic repair installation if I delete the empty folder. Right after the repair installation the empty folder is back again.
(folder = %CommonAppData%\Apple Computer\Installer Cache\QuickTime 7.74.80.86)

Modified:
[Apple Installer Cache*] LangSecRef=3023 Detect=HKCU\Software\Apple Computer, Inc. Default=False Warning=You have to reinstall iTunes after adding a new windows user account. FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\Apple Computer\Installer Cache|*.*|RECURSE FileKey2=%CommonAppData%\Apple\Installer Cache|*.*|RECURSE
- Improved cleaning (I had 28 empty previous version folders dated back to June 2011)
Please do not modify this entry! If you delete the (latest) folders also, QuickTime (and probably iTunes) recognizes this and wants to start a repair installation.

Thanks for the update!
You forgot to remove the entry [sun Java More*].
Please rename the entry [sun Java Setup Files*] to [Java Setup Files*].
Modified entry:
[spybot Search and Destroy Updates*] LangSecRef=3024 Detect1=HKCU\Software\Safer Networking Limited\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2 Detect2=HKLM\Software\Safer Networking Limited\SpybotSnD Default=False FileKey1=%ProgramFiles%\Spybot - Search & Destroy\Updates|*.zip FileKey2=%ProgramFiles%\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2\Updates|*.*|RECURSE ExcludeKey1=FILE|%ProgramFiles%\Spybot - Search & Destroy 2\Updates\Downloads\updates.uid

Thanks for the huge update!
This modification was missed:
[HTTP Error Logs*]
LangSecRef=3025
Detect=HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows
Default=False
FileKey1=%WinDir%\System32\LogFiles\HTTPERR|*.log
And I found a new typo: [TeamViever Connections*]
-
Correct, it's in winapp2.ini but saad2011 changed it to:
[HTTP Error Logs*]
LangSecRef=3025
Detect=HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows
Default=False
FileKey1=%WinDir%\System32\LogFiles\HTTPERR|*.log
And I found a little typo: [TeamViever Incoming Connections*]

Thanks for your ever vigilant watch, APMichael.
Don't mention it!
Edit: For anyone interested in how many little changes the alphabetization involved: http://i.imgur.com/6fMO4qR.png
Wow, how many hours did you spend for all those changes?

@ siliconman01 & Winapp2.ini: Thanks!

What actually happens if an entry is loaded twice, does it show twice?
Sorry, I didn't check that. I found the doubled entry while scrolling through winapp2.ini.

Thanks for the update.
You added the entry [Miranda IM Cache*] twice.
And I think that you overlooked my comment:
I recognized that some of the ExcludeKeys don't work. Conclusion: If you exclude a single file only (without a wildcard *), you have to use a backslash instead of the pipe symbol.
Here is an example:
ExcludeKey1=FILE|%ProgramFiles%\ProgramXY|file.exe (does not work)
ExcludeKey1=FILE|%ProgramFiles%\ProgramXY\file.exe (does work)
The pipe symbol is necessary if you use a wildcard (*) or a separator (:
ExcludeKey1=FILE|%ProgramFiles%\ProgramXY|*.exe;*.log
The following entries are affected:
[AI Roboform*]
[jv16 PowerTools 2011 Backup Files*]
[jv16 PowerTools 2012 Backup Files*]
[jv16 PowerTools 2013 Backup Files*]
[MS Office Word More*]
[Oxygen 14*]
[Photodex ProShow Producer*]
[PS3 Media Server*]
[TVersity*]
[VMware Player*]
[VMware Workstation*]

Thanks for the huge update!
Compression mistake. Please change the entry back to:
[APC PowerChute Personal Edition*]
LangSecRef=3024
Detect=HKCU\Software\APC\PowerChute Personal Edition
Default=False
FileKey1=%ProgramFiles%\APC\PowerChute Personal Edition|PCPELog.txt
FileKey2=%WinDir%\System32|PCPELog.txt
FileKey3=%WinDir%\SysWOW64|PCPELog.txt
Modified entry (because 2 RegKeys are included in CCleaner v3.25 now):
[imgBurn More*]
LangSecRef=3021
Detect=HKCU\Software\ImgBurn
Default=False
RegKey1=HKCU\Software\ImgBurn|ISOREAD_RecentFiles_Destination
RegKey2=HKCU\Software\ImgBurn|ISOREAD_RecentFolders_Destination
Modified entry (even more compressed FileKeys):
[TuneUp Utilities Reg Defrag Cleanup*]
LangSecRef=3024
Detect1=HKCU\Software\TuneUp\Utilities\10.0
Detect2=HKCU\Software\TuneUp\Utilities\12.0
Detect3=HKCU\Software\TuneUp\Utilities\13.0
Default=False
FileKey1=%SystemDrive%\Boot|BCD_tureg_new.LOG*;BCD_tureg_old
FileKey2=%UserProfile%|NTUSER.DAT_tureg_new.LOG*;NTUSER.DAT_tureg_old
FileKey3=%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows|USRCLASS.DAT_tureg_new.LOG*;USRCLASS.DAT_tureg_old
FileKey4=%WinDir%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService|NTUSER.DAT_tureg_new.LOG*;NTUSER.DAT_tureg_old
FileKey5=%WinDir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService|NTUSER.DAT_tureg_new.LOG*;NTUSER.DAT_tureg_old
FileKey6=%WinDir%\System32\config|COMPONENTS_tureg_new.LOG*;COMPONENTS_tureg_old;DEFAULT_tureg_new.LOG*;DEFAULT_tureg_old;SAM_tureg_new.LOG*;SAM_tureg_old;SECURITY_tureg_new.LOG*;SECURITY_tureg_old;SOFTWARE_tureg_new.LOG*;SOFTWARE_tureg_old;SYSTEM_tureg_new.LOG*;SYSTEM_tureg_old
FileKey7=%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\LocalService|NTUSER.DAT_tureg_new.LOG*;NTUSER.DAT_tureg_old
FileKey8=%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\LocalService.NT*|NTUSER.DAT_tureg_new.LOG*;NTUSER.DAT_tureg_old
FileKey9=%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\NetworkService|NTUSER.DAT_tureg_new.LOG*;NTUSER.DAT_tureg_old
FileKey10=%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\NetworkService.NT*|NTUSER.DAT_tureg_new.LOG*;NTUSER.DAT_tureg_old
And I think that the entry [CustomDestinations*] is redundant, because the FileKey is included in the entry [Recent Items More*] already.

Many of those entries delete TXT files. But very often TXT files are manuals or licenses. Are they crap?
