  1. I tried lots of different ways, but none of them worked.
  2. Audacity entry should be under the Multimedia category instead of Internet.
  3. When I use the original Firefox profile path (rs3s1h3p.default), CCleaner detects the entry. However, when I use an Asterisk (*) instead of the profile path, CCleaner does not detect the entry. May be you guys can help. [Adblock Backups*] LangSecRef=3026 DetectFile=%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\rs3s1h3p.default\extensions\{d10d0bf8-f5b5-c8b4-a8b2-2b9879e08c5d}.xpi Default=False FileKey1=%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*\adblock*|patterns-backup*.ini [FlashGot*] LangSecRef=3026 DetectFile=%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\rs3s1h3p.default\extensions\{19503e42-ca3c-4c27-b1e2-9cdb2170ee34}.xpi Default=False FileKey1=%AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\*|FlashGot.log;FlashGot.log.bak*
  4. I don't have Adblock and FlashGot Firefox extensions on my system, but they still show up in CCleaner. Is it possible that we can change the Firefox extensions "Detect" path to some other?
  5. There shouldn't be any need to remove someones customized files like the SysTracer's snapshots. Someone here had an issue recently where an entry removed all of their playlists in Windows Media Player. Maybe, someone might come up with an entry with a 'warning' saying "This Will Remove the Whole Windows directory".
  6. Revised Entry Corrected the FileKey12 [Windows Communications Apps*] LangSecRef=3031 Detect=HKCU\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModel\SystemAppData\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_8wekyb3d8bbwe DetectFile=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_8wekyb3d8bbwe Default=False FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\AC\AppCache|*.*|RECURSE FileKey2=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\AC\INetCache|*.*|RECURSE FileKey3=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\AC\INetCookies|*.*|RECURSE FileKey4=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\AC\INetHistory|*.*|RECURSE FileKey5=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\AC\Microsoft\CLR_v4.0\UsageLogs|*.*|RECURSE FileKey6=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\AC\Microsoft\CryptnetUrlCache\Content|*.* FileKey7=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\AC\Microsoft\CryptnetUrlCache\MetaData|*.* FileKey8=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\AC\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\DOMStore|*.*|RECURSE FileKey9=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\AC\PRICache|*.* FileKey10=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\AC\Temp|*.* FileKey11=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\TempState|*.*|RECURSE FileKey12=%LocalAppData%\Packages\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_*\LocalState\LiveComm\*\*\DBStore\LogFiles|*.log RegKey1=HKCU\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModel\SystemAppData\microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SearchHistory
  7. I'm also using this program since the first build. The entry you have suggested will remove all of the snapshots at once compared to the one in the program in which you can delete the ones you want.
  8. Please do not add any entries for SysTracer (http://www.blueproject.ro/systracer) like FreeRyde suggested. It is a program that tracks registry and file system changes. Removing the SysTracerLog.txt will corrupt the snapshot. It also does not make sense to remove .snp (snapshots). Please be careful when adding entries that remove .txt or .log files from the programs installation directory.
  9. I have Version 31.0.1650.63 m on my system, no issues at all.
  10. New Entry [internet History More*] LangSecRef=3029 DetectFile1=%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome DetectFile2=%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome SxS DetectFile3=%ProgramFiles%\Google\Chrome DetectFile4=%ProgramFiles%\Google\Chrome SxS Default=False FileKey1=%LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default|History
  11. Revised Entries Changed LangSecRef from 3021 to 3023 CCleaner's CyberLink PowerDirector 12 entry is also under the Multimedia section (LangSecRef 3023). [CyberLink PowerDirector 10*] LangSecRef=3023 Detect=HKCU\Software\CyberLink\PowerDirector10 Default=False FileKey1=%Documents%\CyberLink\PowerDirector\10.0|Snapshot(*).jpg FileKey2=%Documents%\CyberLink\PowerDirector\10.0\MyTitles|*.*|RECURSE FileKey3=%Documents%\CyberLink\PowerDirector\10.0\Preview Cache Files|*.* FileKey4=%Documents%\CyberLink\PowerDirector\10.0\ShadowEditFiles|*.MPG FileKey5=%Documents%\CyberLink\PowerDirector\10.0\SplitterIndex|*.maidx [CyberLink PowerDirector 11*] LangSecRef=3023 Detect=HKCU\Software\CyberLink\PowerDirector11 Default=False FileKey1=%Documents%\CyberLink\PowerDirector\11.0|Snapshot(*).jpg FileKey2=%Documents%\CyberLink\PowerDirector\11.0\MyTitles|*.*|RECURSE FileKey3=%Documents%\CyberLink\PowerDirector\11.0\Preview Cache Files|*.* FileKey4=%Documents%\CyberLink\PowerDirector\11.0\ShadowEditFiles|*.MPG FileKey5=%Documents%\CyberLink\PowerDirector\11.0\SplitterIndex|*.maidx
  12. Revised Entry Added FileKey1, FileKey2 and changed FileKey3 from REMOVESELF to RECURSE [iMobie PhoneClean*] LangSecRef=3024 Detect=HKCU\Software\Imobie\PhoneClean Default=False FileKey1=%AppData%\iMobie\PhoneClean\DeviceBackup\Backup|*.*|RECURSE FileKey2=%AppData%\iMobie\PhoneClean\DeviceBackup\Restore|*.*|RECURSE FileKey3=%AppData%\iMobie\PhoneClean\ErrorLog|*.*|RECURSE
  13. New Entry [.NET Assembly Temps*] LangSecRef=3025 Detect=HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework Default=False FileKey1=%WinDir%\assembly\NativeImages_*\Temp|*.*|RECURSE FileKey2=%WinDir%\assembly\temp|*.*|RECURSE FileKey3=%WinDir%\assembly\tmp|*.*|RECURSE
  14. Revised Entry Added FileKey1 [VSO Media Player 1*] LangSecRef=3023 Detect=HKCU\Software\VSO\VSO Media Player\1 Default=False FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\VSO\VSO Media Player\1\log|*.log RegKey1=HKCU\Software\VSO\VSO Media Player\1\RecentlyOpenedFiles
  15. Please remove [VSO Software*] entry. http://forum.piriform.com/index.php?showtopic=32310&p=242258
  16. If you're getting that error, then it is also affecting Windows 8.1 with Local Account. I was not able to test it on a Windows 8.1 with a Local Account yet.
  17. I'm not sure. I think we should limit this entry up to Windows 7.
  18. Applies on Windows 8.1 32-bit & 64-bit systems with a Microsoft Account (Skydrive enabled account). First of all, uncheck [saved Search Folders*] entry from CCleaner. Then, make sure “Camera Roll” folder is present in: C:\Users\[user Account]\Pictures Open Registry Editor. First, backup the following key and then delete it: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Search\FileChangeClientConfigs Restart the system. The Search Indexer should start working now. Windows 8.1 32-bit & 64-bit systems with a Microsoft Account (Skydrive enabled account) refuses to Sleep. You can take a look at the link listed below if you guys are having the same issue with your system. http://www.eightforums.com/general-support/28226-windows-8-1-refuses-sleep-49.html#post312742
  19. The [saved Search Folders*] entry should be removed. It is causing issues on Windows 8.1. After removing search-ms files from that location Windows Search Indexer (WSearch) won't start. If someone having this issue please let me know, I have a solution.
  20. Please remove the [Windows Search Logs*] entry because it does the same as [MS Search].
  21. Revised Entry Changed RECURSE to REMOVESELF I also think that we should change the Detect to %CommonAppData%\install_clap [CyberLink Install Temps*] LangSecRef=3023 Detect=HKCU\Software\CyberLink Default=False FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\install_clap|*.*|REMOVESELF
  22. I think the [Apple Installer Cache*] and [Windows Update Logs*] entries should not be in Winapp2.ini. In some cases, [Windows Update Logs*] entry corrupts Windows Update on Windows 8 & 8.1. It also removes all the Windows Update History. This entry works properly in Safe Mode only. The [MS Search] & [MS Search More*] entries break Search Indexer and cause issues. These work properly only in Safe Mode. [Windows Session Manager*] doesn't work since the Windows Session Manager process is active always in Windows 8 and 8.1. It works properly only in Safe Mode. It keeps traces of all the programs installed even though they were uninstalled from the system. It also holds info about portable programs that were ran once and then were removed from the system. It also holds info about the portable programs that were ran from a removable drive. I think we should have a separate tab for the entries that work only in Safe Mode.
