First, go to Piriform Forum and click Spyware Hell . Then, click and read each of them. Usually if you followed all the steps provided in those guides you will turn out to be fine.

Everything is safe to select and clean in CCleaner. However, i personally unchecked "Old Prefetch data" because it might cripples application load times.

Right next to where the zone is shown are a series of six boxes. I always figured it was some UI anomaly caused by the fact that the would occasionally display some status in one of them: the phishing filter status while the page is loading. However, it turns out that four of the six are actually buttons. Today when i was scanning with Avast about 5 hours ago it detected [Drive]:\pagefile.sys as a Trojan. However, i am sure it was a false positive detection because I had just freshly-installed vista on my PC 1 week ago. So later on i googled it and found many similar result:

Opera Launcher is a launcher for Opera with additional options. It can
- disable crash startup dialog.
- delete quick find search histories automatically.
- empty Temporary Download Directory automatically (not Cache Directory).
- create daily backup of bookmarks, notes & sessions with date stamp. Bookmarks & notes backups will be created in profile\backups directory.
Download (size: 204 KB), unzip, place OperaLauncher.exe inside Opera installation directory (C:\Program Files\Opera\) and run it to launch Opera. You will see the following settings dialog when you run Opera Launcher first time.

To restore previous version of bookmarks/notes, close Opera, move a version of opera6*.adr/notes*.adr from profile\backups directory to profile directory and rename it to opera6.adr/notes.adr.
