  1. Modified entry: [Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Logs*]   Added FileKey2 and FileKey3

    [Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Logs*]
    LangSecRef=3024
    Detect=HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MbaeSvc
    Default=False
    FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit\|*.Log
    FileKey2=%ProgramFiles%\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit\|mbae-uninstall.log
    FileKey3=%ProgramFiles%\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit\|changelog.txt

  2. The entry [Avira Logs*] is a repeat of the winapp.ini entry [AntiVir Desktop] except that [Avira Logs*] contains some GmbH code.

    [Avira Logs*]
    LangSecRef=3024
    Detect=HKLM\Software\Avira
    Default=False
    FileKey1=%CommonAppData%\Avira|*.log|RECURSE
    FileKey2=%ProgramFiles%\Avira|*.log|RECURSE
    FileKey3=%ProgramFiles%\Avira GmbH|*.log|RECURSE
    FileKey4=%LocalAppData%\VirtualStore\Program Files*\Avira|*.log|RECURSE
    FileKey5=%LocalAppData%\VirtualStore\Program Files*\Avira GmbH|*.log|RECURSE
    FileKey6=%LocalAppData%\VirtualStore\ProgramData\Avira|*.log|RECURSE

    I'm thinking that [Avira Logs*] should be changed to [Avira GmbH Logs*] so that non GmbH users do not have duplicate entries showing up in the Applications tab.  I'm not certain that the "Detect" as shown below is correct.  Perhaps an Avira GmbH user can verify?

    [Avira GmbH Logs*]
    LangSecRef=3024
    Detect=HKLM\Software\Avira GmbH
    Default=False
    FileKey1=%ProgramFiles%\Avira GmbH|*.log|RECURSE
    FileKey2=%LocalAppData%\VirtualStore\Program Files*\Avira GmbH|*.log|RECURSE

  11. Name Change:  [Norton Internet Security 2012/13/14 Dumps*] change to [Norton Security & Norton Internet Security 2012/13/14 Dumps*]

    Norton Security is on the verge of being released and will probably be out before CCleaner is updated in Sept.  There is no year in the name as Symantec is making a major product consolidation as part of this upgrade.  There will be no more NIS, NAV, or 360 when Norton Security is released.

    http://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/tuneup-utilities-2014-will-upgrade-to-avg-performance-2015.367348/

    I got the same e-mail and it clearly states that AVG PC TuneUp 2015 is replacing TuneUp Utilities (also an AVG product).  The email offered a major discount for AVG PC TuneUp 2015 which I accepted.  They issued me AVG PC TuneUp 2014 to replace my TuneUp Utilities 2014 and stated that I will be getting a link for AVG PC TuneUp 2015 when it is issued in Sept. 2014.

    Therefore I think the code change is proper and should be incorporated.

    I wonder if this class action law suit settlement is the reason that the "TuneUp Utilities" name is disappearing.

    https://eclaim.kccllc.net/caclaimforms/tuh/home.aspx

    I got emails to claim 4 different licenses for partial rebates as part of this suit settlement.  :mellow:

  18. Word and PoperPoint applications are part of Microsoft Office. There should be no seperate entries for these applications, instead they should be under Office 2010 More and Office 2013 More.

    I suggest that it is best to leave them separate because you can purchase and install Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Access individually without buying the full MS Office 2013.

  19.

    It's better to change [Creative Soundblaster X-Fi XtremeMusic (Cache & Logs)*] to something like this

    also in [AQQ Temps*] please remove Warning, it doesn't delete chat history

    and something extra, I posted new topic in suggestions that we all would benefit, see Support for reading registry keys' values

    I certainly have no problem with the combo.  I don't know how other SoundBlaster card models are detected via the HKLM registry key; however, some other SB users may be able to add info.

  20. New entry:  [Creative Soundblaster Recon3D PCIe (Cache & Logs)*]

  21. Have CCleaner remove FileKey31 through FileKey34 from the [Windows Log Files] entry and just keep [Common Language Runtime Logs*]. Also remove the [Microsoft CLR Logs*] entry from Winapp2.

    Otherwise they can add the lines listed below in the [Windows Log Files] entry:

    %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\CLR_v2.0|*.log

    %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\CLR_v2.0_32|*.log

    %WinDir%\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\CLR_v2.0|*.log

    %WinDir%\System32\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CLR_v2.0_32|*.log

    %WinDir%\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\CLR_v2.0|*.log

    %WinDir%\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CLR_v2.0_32|*.log

    %WinDir%\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\CLR_v4.0|*.log

    %WinDir%\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CLR_v4.0_32|*.log

    There are millions of CCleaner users who do not use Winapp2.ini.

    Therefore I do not think CCleaner should remove FileKey31 through FileKey34.  Any efficiency changes because of duplication needs to be within Winapp2.ini.
