Both of the licenses say they are for 5 users. Once says it is good for 9 months, the other says it is good until 2025. Both have the exact same key which is unacceptable. And the link in the email with my license information takes me to the FAQ section. Is there a phone number for support?

Hello, I have a CCleaner business license good for multiple devices until 2025. However, my laptop says the license is deactivated. I noticed that you gave me the same product key as the one that expired in 2023. Could this be the reason why I can't activate the license on my second device? Thanks for the help, FatDog1
