I wrote an email requesting a refund, and they immediately sent me a "Refund confirmation". They said to wait 5-7 days for the refund to be credited back to my card, so now I just need to wait, right? Thank you for your response.

Have you received the refund yet? I've encountered a similar situation and did the same steps.
