  1. Yes, I recieved the the refund. I raised my request here: https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general . It took some time for them to respond to my request but eventually they did in like 1-2 days and then they resolved my issue and i got my refund with in a week as it was an international transaction.
  2. I understand. I was just asking because i m in a situation, just wanted it to be done in time.
  3. I have done this already but no response. Is there anyway this process can be done quicker?
  4. I am a student. I wanted to cancel my subscription last month but i couldn't find how to cancel it. Last month i didn't pay my subscription fee and it said on the website that if you didn't pay your subscription would automatically be cancelled or at least i thought so. Yesterday i received an email of purchase and since that i m trying to get a refund but dont know how to. Plz help
