  1. Thank you very much for the help. I've learned my lesson; never mess with the Registry again. Curiosity; I had backed up the registry before cleaning it with CCleaner. So I restored it. And Adobe Reader still wouldn't open. I reinstalled it, and now everything works. Happy New Year to everyone."
  2. I did a healthcheck and clean registry. Windows 10 (portuguese) Ver 22H2 , comp 19045-380.3 Adobe Acrobat 23,006,20380 ( portuguese) I'm not using any additional rules. "Stop working" means the program doesn't open. In the past, I also had Foxit PDF Reader, which also didn't work when I used CCleaner. The "Repair" option in Windows settings also doesn't work. The solution is always to uninstall and do a fresh installation. If I am inadvertently deleting a registry key, I think I'll need to know which one. Thank you very much for your help.
  3. Every time I use CCleaner to clean my computer (Windows 10), Adobe Reader stops working. I have to reinstall it. Any tips?
