CTskifreak
I'm running an older version of AIM (Version 5.9.6089) and it has been bugging me to upgrade to 6.0. I read on another topic not to update to Triton because of it being a "bloated piece of crap" or something similar to that. However, my friend upgraded his, but I didn't get to use it for any measurable amount of time. Question is: Do I upgrade? Is it worth it? I looked quickly on Google and saw that it was smaller and a "step in the right direction." So it seems to be the right thing to do. Any responses are appreciated. AJ PS - Gaim still rockzorz!! TheFiresInTheSky
I like the look of the old aim but I've upgraded to 6.0 and see no problems so far. Lots of new features too! -aaron
TeeJay3800
Whichever version you decide to go with, I would HIGHLY recommend AIM Ad-Hack. Dell Latitude D600 Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit SP1
CTskifreak
Thanks for the feedback! TeeJay - I thought your link was at first broken, but then I Googled AIM Ad-Hack and found that your link was the main page. I then went to MajorGeeks.com and read about what the product was. Seems interesting, but it doesn't seem to work for the newest version..could be wrong there..but it seems like it is one of two version behind. I'll check later. I'll probably update to it later on when it reminds me. I need a "cleaner feel" (pun intended ) and a new interface. Thanks again... AJ
