Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor

Tried to install this just to see what transpired.First off on install it stated I needed msxml6 which I downloaded and installed.

 

So ran the Vista Upgrade Advisor installer again and this time it wanted me to install net framework.I gave up but some may want a look.
