Over 3 Weeks Still No Refund

This has been a tough time getting this accomplished, i opened 2 tickets, responded to 3 different emails and still not done. I opened a thread on the forums and got a we can't help you here. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST WITH THIS!!!!!

Support is very slow these days, but we can't do anything to speed it up.

 

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
