Several items not clearing in Issues

Hi,

 

I've been using CCleaner since the end of last year with no problems at all. However, about 2-3 weeks ago, during an issues scan, I found that certain items weren't clearing. They all seem to revolve around HKCR and C:\Programs Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders and most of the entries seem to be pkmres.dll related. These are default icon keys.

 

I use RegSeeker every couple of months, too, and it won't delte these items either. In fact, the jam-up RegSeeker, and it just stops.

 

Anyone have any idea as to what might be going on? I've included a Screen Capture of the items.

BTW, I did an Ewido scan, and no infections were found.

Hi Kris, and welcome to the forum.

 

If you do a forum search you will find a few possible solutions to your problem to attempt. You can try this for starters.

 

Note: If you are using XP Home then only use the Medium Build of DAF.

I have an issue (Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder\Start Menu2\Programs\Microsoft Office\Microsoft Office ???) which is not clearing

 

Any ideas???
