Hi,
I've been using CCleaner since the end of last year with no problems at all. However, about 2-3 weeks ago, during an issues scan, I found that certain items weren't clearing. They all seem to revolve around HKCR and C:\Programs Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Folders and most of the entries seem to be pkmres.dll related. These are default icon keys.
I use RegSeeker every couple of months, too, and it won't delte these items either. In fact, the jam-up RegSeeker, and it just stops.
Anyone have any idea as to what might be going on? I've included a Screen Capture of the items.

BTW, I did an Ewido scan, and no infections were found.
