NB1700
Hello everybody, I am a newbie. Please bear with me if I ask stupid questions. Today, I started my computer and Windows Explorer popped up (showing the contents in C:/Program Files/Intel/) which I didn't suppose it to do. I checked my hard drive for viruses and ad-wares and none was found. I would like to know what happened and if possible, to disable the process from being ran on startup. I have looked into the Startup folder, the relevant sections of the regedit and msconfig but unfortunately could not find a clue. Please help me. Thanks. TonyKlein
Hi and welcome. I suggest you post a so called HijackThis log in the appropriate section of this board so that someone can help you troubleshoot. In that section you'll find a pinned topic explaining how to generate and post such a log.
