slowday444
SpellBound works perfect for me. I've installed it on my daughter's notebook to no avail. I haven't had any success with searches or posts on the Firefox forum or searches anywhere else. We both have Ff 1.5.0.6 and SB 0.9.8.2xxxxxxxx I've downloaded dictionaries, however, when I try libraries they aren't compatible with Ff 1.5.0.6. SB 0.7.3 also won't install with Ff 1.5.0.6 The icons and format of it is installed, it just does not find any mispelled words! Thank You!
Moderators rridgely Posted September 6, 2006 Moderators Share Posted September 6, 2006 I'm not sure whats going on. To be honest though it would probably be easier to just install the new firefox beta. I have been using it for a week now and it works perfectly(it has spell checking built in). Firefox http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Mozil...ws/1032985422/4 Most of the extensions I use have been updated. Tabmix plus Adblock plus(I would rather just plain adblock but its not updated yet) Filterset g updater Site Advisor Plus a lot more but thats what I have right now. Eldmannen
Yeah, I use Firefox 2 beta. It has an integrated spell function and it works very good.
slowday444
That was the one suggestion I did get at the Ff forum. I'll think about it. I've been upgrading Ff and extensions for a long time and at some point I must have switched to the 0.9.8 without a problem.
