No response from the support team

I've been trying to get a response from support for a auto renew that has been paid for but due to it going to the original email (see attachment) being closed I haven't got a new licence key. 

Its it possible to update to my new email?

If not can I get a refund for a purchase paid on the 12 July 2023.
