Install Folder for CCleaner

Okay, so I just purchased CCleaner Pro Plus and when I started the install the only option folder to install was in my user folder on C drive.  What gives?  No option to install in Programs, etc?  How do I change this to install the program where I want to install it?

it was done deliberately because some people were installing ccleaner into the wrong folder, like the "program files" folder instead of the "ccleaner" folder, which resulted in causing problems when they would run the uninstall, where the uninstall would empty the "program files" folder. to prevent that, ccleaner fixed things to where the ccleaner program properly installs into the ccleaner folder, not the "program files" folder.
