Guest johnccleaner
Would I be correct in assuming that this was after you made use of the Driver Updater function? If so, this article: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402564268429 provides several options for reversing these changes. If that does not take care of the issue for you, you might also try reinstalling the Realtek audio driver appropriate for your operating system here: https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/pc-audio-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software If problems persist, please contact our support team via the Contact Us form located here: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=86507 or by emailing support@ccleaner.com directly and we'll be happy to help out further.
