I lost my audio after restarting my computer after using ccleaner

help after i used ccleaner it told me to restart my pc and when i restarted the audio was fully gone 

after i updated the drivers irestarted and the audio was fully gone. yes fully gone and i am 100% sure ccleaner deleted my realtek audio thingy

it happened after i downloaded ccleaner 

im on laptop so sadly i dont know how to clean the audio thingy from the motherboard and i dont have any bluetooth speakers

please respond

Would I be correct in assuming that this was after you made use of the Driver Updater function?

If so, this article: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402564268429 provides several options for reversing these changes.

If that does not take care of the issue for you, you might also try reinstalling the Realtek audio driver appropriate for your operating system here: https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/pc-audio-codecs-high-definition-audio-codecs-software
