M777
Hi, I've updated the driver with CCleaner and since then, all my programs keep crashing on windows 10 (Firefox, Google Chrome, File explorer, Thunderbird, etc) and sometimes the desktop becomes all black and then brings back a badly pixelated/zoomed in page/program in used. I've run a couple more ccleaner, refreshed my firefox, etc. Crashing is still happening. I wonder if it might be one of the updated drivers, especially the graphic one (total speculation, haven't got much knowledge in pc) When I go back in CCleaner to unistall the graphic driver update, I cannot select it to revert. Any help appreciated please as I cannot get any work done since yesterday and it keeps crashing even as I'm trying to sort it out!
M777
The 'revert selected' is grayed up so I can't click on it. How come?
M777
Ok, so I found out that it's because those haven't been updated, hence why they can't be selected. I ended up looking for the ones that had been updated and reverted 'Intel(R) Management Engine Interface 0.0.0.1' which seems to have done the trick. Fingers crossed. CCleaner is asking me again to update it but I don't want to create same pbs. Is there a way to update safely?
