redwolfe_98 Posted November 26, 2021 Share Posted November 26, 2021 from the first "windowslatest" article, above, "microsoft recommends users reinstall their apps if the apps are crashing." so, to resolve the problem, try uninstalling ccleaner and then reinstalling it, as well as installing the latest windows 11 cumulative update, if you are running windows 11.
