Ok firstly im running windows xp and windows firewall and running the cleaner on the administrators side works fine, until I go to the two limited accounts and try to delete the issues on these accounts, they are just piling up and im not up on the whole computer thing so could someone please baby step me through this??? thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Administrative rights are required to remove those registry issues. What you could do, is go to your control panel > user accounts, and give that account administrative rights. Then log onto that account and fix the issues. After doing that you can go back to the control panel > user accounts, and change that account back to limited rights. That is the only way that I can think to do it. Good luck!
