Ccleaner won't update

I have a 3 computer license for Ccleaner Pro which doesn't expire until November, 2021. Everything works fine on two of my computers, but the third one will not automatically update. If I try to manually update it, it asks me to register. If I go through the registration process, it takes me to a website that wants me to purchase the software.

In Ccleaner Options About, it says that it is registered to me and the License Information gives me the correct license code and owner name. If I hit Mange my subscriptions, it takes me to my subscription page with all of the correct information. I found that I can download the trial version and install it over the existing version and it will update, but it should do it automatically or at least through the check for update button in the lower right hand corner as it has always done in the past.

Can anyone help here?
