RE: Is it safe to Clean these files?

Hi there,

I've recently discovered the following folders/files that get updated daily on my system and I was wondering if it is safe to clean them:

 

Microsoft Media Player Current Data

XUL.nfl - from Firefox Profiles gsyfsety.default

A Zone Labs debug log

An image viewer db file

 

All of these are fairly large, especially the Zone Labs file, so if I don't need them I'd like to free up the space.

 

Finally, on a totally separate topic - when I set CCleaner for Secure File Deletion at either the DOD or NSA mode, the process accesses my floppy drive instead of my hard drive - this doesn't seem right so if someone could tell me how to make it work properly, I'd appreciate it.
