what to check and not.....

on the cleaner.....windows and applications.....what should be checked or not.....have used ccleaner since almost from the beginning and no harm to my system EVER....best cleaner on the net'.......have left it alone and never unchecked anything and on the issues,any issues are found are deleted or fixed.....is this ok or what should be unchecked..

For example on applications....when it is cleaning regedit or spy sweeper....what is it cleaning?

any help would be appreciated..............

If you're using v1.30, it's mostly a matter of personal preference.

 

If you use Microsoft Office, I don't recommend checking it because of this issue Office but it's not dangerous ... just annoying.

I on applications I always check all. On Windows I check all except the advanced, because else it forgets the folder settings...
