FSSBIT
A window popped up in the lower right corner of my server informing me: SSL An error was encountered with the SSL certificate. The only way to remove the window is to reboot. I have found nothing in the forum or search engines to help find out why I am suddenly encountering this error and how to fix it. What gives? Admin MrA Posted July 24, 2019 Admin Share Posted July 24, 2019 Hi FSSBIT - this is a new tray notification that was added during our last release. It shows when a machine is missing some SSL certificates that our agent needs. The resolution should be a simple reinstall of the agent. Could you please DM me the computer name? Also if you could you please submit a diagnostic report? To do this: Right-click the CCleaner Cloud icon in the system tray, near the clock and select 'Preferences' this will open the CCleaner Cloud Preferences window In the 'Preferences' window, navigate to the 'Debug' tab Look at the section that says 'Logging' and click "Submit" for Diagnostic Report In the "Issue Description" box, please put "For Support" and press "OK" to submit the report. Thanks
