HeinzRa Posted August 25, 2018 Share Posted August 25, 2018 I just installed Recuva to recover a email I recently deleted and it displays "HarddiskVolume 2: unable to determine file system type" It is Microsoft outlook, have I purchased the wrong software? Outlook keeps all its items in a database, indexed PST file which is where your deleted email will be. is the lost emaiL not in the Deleted Items folder? was the email account setup as IMAP or POP? Backup now & backup often.It's your digital life - protect it with a backup.Three things are certain; Birth, Death and loss of data. You control the last.
