Till this day, I had no problems with CCleaner.....used to scan issues & regularly clean them. But today...I came across one such issue which this program though listed along with possible fix but could'nt resolve it!!! THAT IS.... Problem: Missing shortcut referance Data:C:\Documents & Settings\Windows User\Desktop\Unused Desktop Shortcuts\GPL 2004 DEMO.lnk On Pressing "Fix selected issue"...it gave the listed solution:Delete the shortcut file When tried to do so it gave ERROR "Error fixing file issue (1)" [C:\Documents & Settings\Windows User\Desktop\Unused Desktop Shortcuts\GPL 2004 DEMO.lnk] path/file access error Friends could you please guide me in this regard.
