Updating and editing Winapp2

The "trim.bat" and "LaunchCC.bat" is confusing to me. I ran "trim.bat" in CMD as administrator and it created a

sub-folder named "#TRIMMER". It had CCleaner64 & x32, plus portable.dat and ccleaner.ini. I renamed a file to Winapp2.ini, I can't remember what it was originally. I ran CCleaner's "Analyze", in both frames (left & right panes). My Winapp2.ini got tidied up, the text is not jumbled.... like having notepad's Word Wrap un-checked. Everything seems to be OK, but I know I didn't do it correctly. I moved #TRIMMER folder (with all contents) to an external drive. I've been using CCleaner portable for years. There are great help and instructions at winapp2.com, and other sites but I haven't been able to understand all of it. This PC has W 7 SP 1 x64. Thanks in advance, and best regards. PS, I didn't use LaunchCC.bat, I didn't see it until after I ran trim.bat.

ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION

DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF.

Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark)

ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
