ziggywarden
From what I see in your information about Speccy, it gives information that is specific. Optical drive information is generic. i.e...Media Type DVD WriterName HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NSC0Availability Running/Full PowerCapabilities Random Access, Supports Writing, Supports Removable MediaRead capabilities CD-R, CD-RW, CD-ROM, DVD-RAM, DVD-ROM, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DLWrite capabilities CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-RAM, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R DL, DVD+R DL Media Type - should show the type of media that it writes to. CD Disk, DVD Disk, BlueRay Disk, and M-disc. This is not you standard DVD writer. This drive uses M-Disc. If you don't know what M-Disc is. then find out and upgrade. Which I do not see in any of your information provided. Tis my suggestion for this program.
