Canary
I've run Windows Defender and it detected one item - iMesh, which it described as being of medium risk. Should I be concerned, and what action should I take?
Moderators rridgely Posted April 15, 2006 Moderators Share Posted April 15, 2006 All p2p programs are a risk because you never know what your downloading for sure. It basically opens your computer up to god only knows what. Also some of the p2p programs themselves are viruses/spyware. I would uninstall it. Should I be concerned, and what action should I take? get rid of it. both M$ Defender and wikipedia classify iMesh as adware. if you want a good G1 or G2 client, then get Shareaza
