If you don't want allot of those cookies in the first place you can benefit from using a HOSTS file that blocks ad servers, such as the MVPS HOSTS File located here: http://winhelp2002.mvps.org/hosts.htm And if things still get through install an adblocker in your web browser, such as uBlock Origin.
