LuisNelas Posted April 6, 2016 Share Posted April 6, 2016 Hi I have a clean windows 10 instalation with CCleaner pro 516 installed When running a cleaner it analyses the 100%. When run cleaner it crashes on 51% always Is this a know bug? It only happens since it did an update to the latest version. Moderators Nergal Posted April 6, 2016 Moderators Share Posted April 6, 2016 Please make sure firefox has no processes in the task manager ("show more detail" on win 8/10 processes in 7 and older) before running a clean ADVICE FOR USING CCleaner'S REGISTRY INTEGRITY SECTION DON'T JUST CLEAN EVERYTHING THAT'S CHECKED OFF. Do your Registry Cleaning in small bits (at the very least Check-mark by Check-mark) ALWAYS BACKUP THE ENTRY, YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU'LL BREAK IF YOU DON'T.
