greatwhite7272
Hi staff, i have a qnap NAS shared folders partially busted by a cryptolocker virus, I bought the business edition to try to recover the network shares erased files (erased by the virus). I the product dettails tells about networkshare .....whatever we got you covered, well................There's no way I can give him a network path, I can see it the the brows function but there's nothing I can do to choose a path, an ip address or a mapped letter. Am doing something wrong?Qnap Nas has ext 3 with journaling partition. I also tried with ubuntu shares.... did the same. How can I work this out? Thank you
