Show total size of files selected for recovery

Recommended Posts

It would be most helpful if I could see the total size of found files I've selected for recovery.  If I'm recovering a large number of files, I'd like to know how much free space I need on the target drive.

If this feature already exists, I haven't been able to find it.

Thank you.

Not really, but.... if the drive doesn't have enough space to hold the recovered files then Recuva will tell you how much it needs in total. You could mount a smallish flash drive and go through the recovery steps to that drive until you get the space error message: that will tell you how much space you need. Yes, it's fiddly..
